1 Introduction

Welcome to PartyVerse ("the App"), a multiplayer party game developed and published by Arceon Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use PartyVerse on your Android device.

By downloading or using PartyVerse, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

2 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

PartyVerse does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. Player names entered during game setup are stored locally on your device only using Android SharedPreferences and are never transmitted anywhere.

2.2 Purchase Information

If you purchase PartyVerse Premium (our one-time in-app purchase), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details. We receive only a purchase confirmation token from Google Play, stored locally on your device to unlock premium features.

2.3 Automatically Collected Diagnostic Data

We may collect limited, anonymised technical data through Google Play Services or Firebase Crashlytics to maintain and improve the App. This may include:

• Device model and operating system version
• Crash reports and error logs
• App performance metrics (launch times, frame rates)

This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing.

4 Data Storage and Retention

4.1 Local Storage

Game preferences, player names, and purchase status are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

4.2 Third-Party Diagnostic Data

Crash and diagnostic data may be retained by third-party services (such as Firebase Crashlytics) for up to 90 days per their own data retention policies.

4.3 Purchase Records

Google Play retains records of your purchases per their own policies. We do not maintain independent purchase records beyond what is stored locally on your device.

5 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

6 Children's Privacy

PartyVerse is rated for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at arceonstudios@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Some premium content packs include adult-themed party game content. Parental guidance is advised.

7 Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data processed by third-party services.

8 Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access — Request information about personal data we hold about you
• Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Grievance Redressal — Lodge a complaint with us or the Data Protection Board of India

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we will notify users through an in-app notice or the Google Play Store listing. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
